Refund & Cancellation Policy

At NAIQ Health Tech Private Limited, we stand behind the quality of our work. This policy explains under what circumstances refunds and cancellations apply to our paid plans. Please read carefully before purchasing.

1. Free Plans (Discovery)

The Discovery plan is free of charge. No payment is collected, and therefore no refund applies.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay. We cannot refund to a different account, card, or wallet.

Refunds are processed for the amount paid minus any applicable payment gateway transaction charges (typically 2–3%). Our team will provide a detailed refund breakdown via email.

Before initiating a chargeback through your bank or card issuer, please contact us first. Most refund requests can be resolved directly within 7 business days. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account termination and recovery proceedings under applicable law.
