Refund & Cancellation Policy

At NAIQ Health Tech Private Limited, we stand behind the quality of our work. This policy explains under what circumstances refunds and cancellations apply to our paid plans. Please read carefully before purchasing.

1. Free Plans (Discovery)

The Discovery plan is free of charge. No payment is collected, and therefore no refund applies.

2. Paid Plans — Refund Eligibility Window

3. Conditions for Full Refund

You are entitled to a 100% refund if:

• You request cancellation within the eligibility window stated above
• No consultant or project manager has been formally assigned to your account
• No discovery session, virtual meeting, or on-site visit has occurred
• No deliverables (including draft scorecards or briefs) have been shared

4. Partial Refund Conditions

If a consultant has been assigned but no working session has begun, partial refunds may apply minus an administrative fee covering:

• Consultant assignment and pre-engagement preparation time
• Payment gateway transaction charges (typically 2–3%)

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• The first consultation/session has already occurred
• Final deliverables (scorecards, reports, presentations) have been shared
• Cancellation is due to client unavailability, scheduling conflicts, or unresponsiveness exceeding 14 days
• Cancellation is due to client's failure to provide essential information after multiple requests
• Service has been substantially performed as per the agreed scope
• Cancellation is requested after the eligibility window listed in Section 2

6. Cancellation by NAIQ

In rare circumstances, we may cancel an engagement before delivery. In such cases:

• You will receive a 100% refund, regardless of the timeline
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days
• We may offer alternative engagement options or partial credits at our discretion

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

• Email hello@naiq.in from the same email address used during purchase
• Include your Razorpay Payment ID and Engagement Reference Number
• Briefly state the reason for the refund request
• Allow up to 3 business days for review and acknowledgement

8. Refund Processing Timeline

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay. We cannot refund to a different account, card, or wallet.

9. Refund Amount

Refunds are processed for the amount paid minus any applicable payment gateway transaction charges (typically 2–3%). Our team will provide a detailed refund breakdown via email.

10. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback through your bank or card issuer, please contact us first. Most refund requests can be resolved directly within 7 business days. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account termination and recovery proceedings under applicable law.

11. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision:

• You may escalate to our Founder & Director at hello@naiq.in
• Unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India
• Consumer complaints may also be raised through the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or consumer redressal forums under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

12. Amendments

This policy may be updated as our services evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Changes apply to purchases made after the effective date.
